Volvo Trucks Fuelwatch Challenge is a programme that challenges truck drivers to make every drop of fuel count when they are on the road. This international competition is a driver development effort to raise the level of skills by challenging and rewarding drivers for their technical ability in fuel-efficient driving.
Giving impetus to the Volvo Trucks Fuelwatch Challenge is the belief that fuel-efficient drivers are as important as fuel-efficient trucks in making a positive business and environmental impact. The challenge is designed to drive progress for drivers by empowering them with the skills to go further in their profession. Within improved driving ability, each driver can play an active role in raising fuel efficiency, reducing operating costs and cultivating consciousness towards the environment.
