Last year, the number of heavy electric trucks on the roads in Europe and the United States grew faster than ever before. Volvo Trucks have now sold more than 4 300 electric trucks globally in more than 38 countries. In Europe, Volvo Trucks is the market leader with a 32% share of the market for heavy electric trucks, and in North America, nearly half of all heavy electric trucks registered in 2022 were Volvo trucks.

Singapore, February 22nd, 2023 – Volvo Trucks, a global leader in transport solutions, has taken a significant step towards expanding its presence in the Asia Pacific region by appointing T&C Trucks as its authorized Distributor in Vietnam. This marks the first introduction of a European truck brand in the country. The signing ceremony was held today in Singapore.

Finnish company Kuljetusliike Antti Airaksinen recently began using a Volvo FH with I-Save in its food distribution operations. Fuel consumption has since decreased by 4.5 litres per 100 kilometres, making a huge impact on the company’s profitability.
